REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are only issued by IndianInsight.com in case:
* IndianInsight.com is not able to fulfill your order within 2 working days (all days excluding weekends and nse/bse/mcx market holidays) from the time of receiving order.
We reserve the rights to refuse refunds in case the stock advice report has already been prepared by the Indian Insight analysts.
In case you decide to cancel your order before the Indian Insight analysts have prepared the stock advice report 25% of the paid fee will be deducted as processing fees and remaining 75% of the paid fee will be refunded to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IndianInsight.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents and shareholders from any and all claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including without limitation attorneys’ fees) arising from your failure to comply with the terms and conditions mentioned herein, or relating or arising in any way out of any services or advice alleged to have been rendered or not rendered.
